ST. CLOUD—The St. Cloud State women's hockey team will treat fans to another exciting season in the WCHA—the nation's premier college hockey conference—next season as the team and league announced the Huskies 2017-18 schedule on Thursday.
SCSU's 35-game regular season slate begins on Friday, September 22 with a home exhibition against the Korean National Team and concludes February 9-10 with a two-game road series at league rival Bemidji State.
Seven of St. Cloud State's first nine games will come within the friendly confines of the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center. Its home-opening series will be a non-conference tilt against Hockey East's Connecticut September 29-30. The Huskies begin WCHA play October 20-21 at home against Ohio State.
